The faculty of Law approved for the Registration the researcher Hafez Ibrahim El-Hyaly to PhD degree in Public International Law, under the supervision of Prof. Moustafa Ahmed Fouad, Professor of Public International Law according to the submitted memorandum to the Faculty Council.
