Faculty of Law approved the registration of the researcher Elhusseiny Mohammed Elhusseiny Arafat for a PhD in law at Islamic Shari'a department on the topic: Psychological Disorders and their Impact on Liability in Islamic Jurisprudence and Positive Law, under the supervision of Prof. Zaki Zaki Zedan, Professor of Islamic Shari'a and acting head of the department, according to the presented memo.
