The Administrative Prosecution Authority Announces the First Arab Forum on Administrative Justice and Integrity in Cooperation with the Arab Organization for Administrative Development

   Under the auspices of the Hon. Judge Mohamed El-Shennawy, Head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority, and in cooperation with the Arab Organization for Administrative Development (ARADO)—an affiliate of the League of Arab States—the Administrative Prosecution Authority has announced the organization of the First Arab Forum on Administrative Justice and Integrity. The event is scheduled to take place at the Administrative Prosecution Complexes in New Cairo from June 15 to 17, 2026.

   The forum aims to promote the principles of good governance and institutional integrity, highlighting the guarantees of administrative investigation and its role in supporting transparency and accountability. Additionally, it seeks to develop the skills of judicial body members and legal affairs personnel in the fields of administrative investigation and the drafting of legal reports and memoranda.

The forum will cover several key themes, including:

• Principles of good governance and public position integrity.

• Disciplinary accountability and its role in combating corruption.

• Technical issues in administrative investigation and their impact on the effectiveness of governance.

• Modern judicial trends in disciplinary accountability.

• Safeguarding public position and investigating public fund crimes.

• Governance in comparative disciplinary systems within Arab countries.

• Practical applications and case studies of corruption incidents and occupational malpractice.  

   The forum targets members of the Administrative Prosecution Authority, judicial and oversight bodies in Arab countries, as well as legal affairs and financial and administrative inspection officials in governmental institutions.

   The forum will be co-chaired by the Hon. Judge Mohamed El-Shennawy, Head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority, and Prof. Nasser Al-Qahtani, Director General of the Arab Organization for Administrative Development.
