Under supervision of Prof. Mustafa Ahmed Fu’ad, Late Professor of Public International Law; and Prof. Riyadh Saleh, Full Professor of Public International Law, Faculty of Law at Tanta University held the discussion of the Ph.D. Dissertation submitted by the researcher\ Ali Mohammed Ali Ben Amer Al-Shemily, Foreign Student, via Video Conference.

It was held in attendance of the judgment and discussion committee that was formed from:

Prof. Riyadh Saleh, Chairman of the Committee; Dr. Abdel Wahhab Abdoul Al-Awady, Chairman of the Federal Supreme Court in the UAE, via video conference; and Dr. Mustafa Mohammed Mahmoud, Consultant at the State Lawsuits Authority.

The researcher got the Ph.D. Degree with an assessment of excellent.
