Vision and Mission

-� Providing the student with the rights of people, their types, and ways of protection including property rights and personal insurance provisions, in addition to teaching him how to abide by law and its resources specially contracts and civil liability
� Teaching the student to how to interpret the texts of commercial, financial and social legislations
� Meeting the requirements of the society
� Qualifying students for scientific research in accordance with sound scientific methodology
� Qualifying students to continue postgraduate studies in various legal disciplines
� Enhancing and supporting the professional and practical sides of the theoretical legal sciences
� Providing students with the ideal values that a jurist should possess during his professional performance

Goals of the Department

� Preparing the student to be familiar with commercial, marine and air laws
� Acquiring students with the ability to deal with the commercial, marine and air disputes weather they are inside the country or overseas
� Providing the graduates with highly efficient training skills to compete in the field of legal work and to provide outstanding solutions for the variant legal and judicial problems
� Providing the labor market with efficient cadres able to compete inside and outside Egypt
� Providing the graduates with the skills that link the latest updates in law to the legislative and jurisprudential trends of various legal schools to meet the needs of economic and social development
