Organizing a Symposium Titled, “Risks of the Dark Web and Online Gambling” at Faculty of Law


  The Training Unit at Faculty of Law at Tanta University, in collaboration with the Main Center for Digital Transformation and Financial Inclusion, organized a symposium titled " Risks of the Dark Web and Online Gambling". It was held under auspices of Prof. Mohamed Hussein, Acting Tanta University President; Prof. Mahmoud Salim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Osama Badr, Faculty Dean. The symposium was attended by Prof. Samy Abdel Aal, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs; and Prof. Ramadan Ma'en, Executive Manager of the Main Center for Digital Transformation and Financial Inclusion at the University. It Was lectured by Dr. Aida Abul-So’ud, Manager of Digital Transformation Unit at the University.
   The symposium was held as implementation for the presidential initiative, “New Beginning for Human Development”, which targets presenting a well-educated, capable, aware, and cultured citizen to the society, given the importance of raising awareness about the risks students may face, and in recognition of Tanta University's role in spreading awareness among its students about the modern challenges they encounter.
