Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Hussein Mahmoud, Tanta University President; Prof. Mohamed Ibrahim Ali, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Tanta University; and Prof. Hassan Boudy, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, the Faculty of Law organized, for the second consecutive day, the activities of the “Mawadda” Initiative seminar, which is held within the framework of the National Program for Preserving the Cohesion of Egyptian Family.
On the second day, the training continued through the second and third lectures, delivered by Prof. Mai Wahba Madkour, Professor of Design and Environmental Control and Manager of the Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty of Engineering, Tanta University, and Fellow of the National Defense College at the Military Academy for Postgraduate and Strategic Studies.
The seminar addressed several essential practical and applied themes aimed at deepening participants’ understanding of the foundations of keeping a strong and cohesive family. It also discussed effective communication mechanisms among family members, provided training on conflict management skills, and promoted the concepts of positive parenting, in addition to highlighting the mutual rights and responsibilities between spouses.
The activities had remarkable interaction and strong interest from participating students. They were organized and supervised by Ms. Bahia Al-Menshawy, reflecting the university’s commitment to its societal role in empowering young people, strengthening their awareness, and preparing them to contribute effectively to serving the nation.
