Honoring the Legal Clinic Team at the Faculty of Law, Tanta University

   Prof. Mohamed Ibrahim, Dean of the Faculty, and Prof. Sherin El-Esseily, Director of the Legal Clinic, honored the Legal Clinic Team at the Faculty of Law, Tanta University, in the presence of Prof. Ashraf Weh, Professor of Islamic Sharia; Prof. Baligh Hamdy, Professor of Private International Law; and Dr. Mahmoud Zaki Zidan, Lecturer of Criminal Law.

   This recognition occurred in appreciation of the team’s outstanding efforts and distinguished participation, through which they secured eighth place for the Best Memorandum on behalf of the “Respondent” among the top ten memoranda in the Seventh International Commercial Arbitration Competition organized by the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).

   The competition was held in cooperation with the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and the International Federation of Consulting Engineers. The competition was conducted in a highly competitive atmosphere, with the participation of 180 teams representing 253456 countries from around the world, involving 996 male and female students.

   The faculty’s participation and subsequent recognition were conducted under the supervision of Prof. Sherin El-Esseily, together with the following team members:
