The Faculty of Law — Tanta University announces that the General Administration of Student Welfare at Tanta University is organizing the Grand Social Research Competition, with the aim of promoting student participation in student activities, raising artistic, cultural, and social awareness, and fostering creativity.
The competition will address the following topics:
• Renewable energy and sustainability technologies.
• Global challenges of water and food security.
General Competition Terms:
• Students are required to write a research paper on one of the above-mentioned topics, addressing the definition of the phenomenon, its causes, methods of confronting it, and the researcher’s own opinion.
• The research paper must not exceed 10 pages and must be no fewer than 5 pages. It should be of high quality, written in clear handwriting or typed, original, up to date, and not copied from other sources.
• The use of artificial intelligence is strictly prohibited, noting that all submitted research papers will be reviewed.
• The student must clearly state their personal information, including name, faculty, academic year, and mobile phone number.
• The research paper must include the following components: table of contents, introduction, main body, conclusion, and the student’s opinion proposing new solutions to address the selected phenomenon.
• References must be included, must be recent, and must not exceed 10 years in age.
Competition Prizes:
• First Place: EGP 1,000
• Second Place: EGP 900
• Third Place: EGP 800
• Fourth Place: EGP 700
• Fifth Place: EGP 600
• Sixth to Tenth Places: EGP 500 for each place
Students wishing to participate are requested to visit the Student Affairs Office at the Faculty to obtain the participation application form.
