Faculty of Law at Tanta University held the discussion of the Ph.D. Dissertation submitted by the researcher\ Rashed Musbeh Khamis Saif Al Zahery. The dissertation is under supervision of Prof. Mahmoud Ahmed Taha, Full Professor of Criminal Law and Acting head of the Department.

 

The judgment and discussion committee recommended granting the degree to the researcher with an assessment of "very good".
