Under the supervision of the Director of the Legal Clinic, Prof. Sherin El Essaily, the Moot Court Club at the Legal Clinic, Faculty of Law, Tanta University, announces the opening of registration to join the International Commercial Arbitration Competition (SIAM7).
Team Membership Requirements:
The student must be enrolled in Faculty of Law at Tanta University in the third or fourth year.
Note: Students in the first and second years may apply as researchers only, without participating in oral pleadings.
The student must have gained at least a "Good" grade in previous years.
Full commitment to attending training sessions and participating in team activities.
Submission of a research paper, consisting of one aor two pages, on the topic “The Independence of the Arbitration Clause.” The research must be attached within the application form.
Selection Procedure:
Passing a personal interview if the membership requirements are met.
The date of the interview will be sent to your WhatsApp number after it is added in the electronic application form.
